Return Policy
RETURNS:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags and original packaging complete. Your refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 days from when we receive your item. Please note that it may take your bank 5-7 working days to credit your account. Sale items are NON REFUNDABLE AND NON EXCHANGEABLE
RETURNS PERIOD:
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you are entitled to a refund to the original payment method for purchases made on our website provided you notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to return your order. Please note that reduced items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
RETURN OF SHIPPING CHARGES:
We do not refund shipping charges or reimburse return shipping charges for non faulty items.
RETURNS OUTSIDE RETURN PERIOD:
We cannot accept returns after the period of 14 days from receipt. If such goods are still sent back to us, we reserve the right of not offering you a refund.
We would in such a scenario need to send the item back to you which will incur an addition shipping charge which would be payable by you upon request.
